Calculation:

Margem líquida = Lucro líquido atribuível aos controladores ÷ Receita líquida de vendas (conta 3.01 da DRE) Os dois números vêm do mesmo Demonstrativo Financeiro Padronizado (DFP) anual da CVM — mesmo exercício, calculado a partir do balanço oficial, nunca de uma métrica "ajustada" ou recorrente divulgada pela própria empresa em release de resultados.

Calculation:

ROIC = NOPAT ÷ Capital Investido. No Lume Educa: o NOPAT é o lucro operacional após impostos do exercício (fonte de dados fundamentalistas), e o Capital Investido é o patrimônio líquido consolidado mais a dívida bruta, do balanço anual da CVM do mesmo exercício. O conceito de lucro/resultado segue a Lei nº 6.404/76 (Lei das S.A.), art. 187, que define a estrutura da demonstração de resultado. Não deduzimos o caixa do capital investido (uma das convenções possíveis) e usamos o patrimônio consolidado (que inclui a participação de não controladores), para casar com o lucro e a dívida, que também são consolidados.
